How do I place an order?
Ordering at Crazy 8's Online store is easy and fun! From the product page, simply select the color, size, and quantity of the item you would like and click "Add to Bag". Once you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to checkout. How does real time inventory work?
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can sell out before the checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the shopping bag, where the item will display an "Out of Stock" message. To proceed to checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or remove the product completely from your shopping bag. This commonly occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.

Why are products removed from my shopping bag?
A product can be removed from a customer's shopping bag if it was saved in the bag during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the bag in the next session.

How are products removed from my shopping bag?
Please ensure you have selected a shipping method on the shopping bag page before clicking "Update Shopping Bag" to remove items.

What size is the right size?
Select the right size using our Crazy 8 apparel size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.

How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Master Card, JCB, and Discover/Novus), as well as Crazy 8 Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards. Crazy 8 Merchandise Credit vouchers currently cannot be used online.

Is my credit card secure?
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. For instance, when credit card information is transmitted, we use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your personal information, Crazy 8 cannot entirely ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

How quickly will my order be processed?
All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m. (PT), Monday - Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Standard delivery takes 4 - 10 business days after order processing. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box/APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories are shipped via FedEx SmartPost or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and may take up to 20 business days for delivery. When will my credit card be charged?
Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is submitted. The funds will be held by your bank, and Crazy 8 is not responsible for overdraft fees. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time the order ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?
The Crazy 8 online store currently ships to several countries in Europe, Asia & Pacific, North America, and the Middle East as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa). What are the benefits of creating an account online?
Make shopping faster and easier at Crazy 8 by creating an account online. You will be able to save addresses, checkout faster, track your orders, check your gift card balance and cancel orders within an hour of placing them. To get started creating your account, go to the “My Account” button at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can edit or view your account at any time. How can I cancel my order?
If you have a Crazy 8 account and would like to cancel an order that was placed within the hour, you can do so by signing in and canceling your order by visiting the Orders section of “My Account” and clicking the “Need to Cancel?” link next to your order. If you do not have an account, you may contact a Customer Service Team Member at 1-877-4-CR8ZY8 (1-877-427-8998) within one hour of placing your order. Once your order has entered into our shipping process (which occurs one hour after you submit your order), it cannot be cancelled. Why does Crazy 8 charge sales tax on online orders?
Crazy 8 is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which a subsidiary of The Gymboree Corporation has a physical presence. (We currently operate retail stores in all 50 states.) The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order.

How much can I purchase of a single style?
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style, per color, per customer (excluding "stock accessories"), regardless of size of the merchandise. Stock accessories include all hair accessories, jewelry, basic socks, sunglasses, basic tights and underwear; stock accessories do not include fashion tights, fashion socks and handbags. We also reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy. We may modify this policy at any time for any reason and we may make exceptions to this policy, as we deem appropriate.

How do I use a Crazy 8 Gift Card?
The Gift Card is simple to use. In-store, the Gift Card works just like a debit card. The cashier just swipes it through the register and it deducts the amount from the card. Online, you'll find a place to enter your Gift Card number and PIN on the "Billing" page of the checkout process.

How do I use the Crazy 8 Electronic Gift Card?
Online, you'll find a place to enter your Electronic Gift Card (or Gift Card) number and PIN on the "Billing" page of the checkout process.

Can anyone use my Crazy 8 Gift Card?
Yes, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Can I consolidate my Crazy 8 Gift Cards?

How many Crazy 8 Gift Cards can I use during one transaction/purchase?
You may use more than one Crazy 8 Gift Card per transaction in the stores. Online at, up to 5 Gift Cards can be entered at checkout. Once you run out of funds you may not add additional funds to the Crazy 8 Gift Card at this time. We are currently working to provide this functionality.

Will any Service or Dormancy Fees be charged to my Crazy 8 Gift Card?
There are no Service or Dormancy Fees associated with the Crazy 8 Gift Card.

What can I do if I've lost my Gift Card or Merchandise Credit Card?
The Gift Card is just like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, merchandise credit cards or e-gift certificates may be replaced with a new gift card, merchandise credit card or e-gift certificate for the remaining balance upon presenting an original sale or gift receipt. However, if you have retained your card number and PIN you may use them to purchase online.

My card no longer works. Can it be replaced?
We will be happy to replace your damaged Crazy 8 Gift Card or merchandise credit card free of charge so long as the card number and balance can be verified.

What are the Crazy 8 Gift Card Terms and Conditions?
Your use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This card is redeemable for merchandise only at Crazy 8 stores and online at Purchases will be deducted from the card balance until the value reaches zero. The card may not be applied as payment to any account or redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law. This card may be redeemed for cash if the balance is less than $10, except as otherwise required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be replaced for the remaining balance at the time of notice upon presenting an original sale or gift receipt. Any term is void where prohibited by law. Check your card balance by calling 1-866-781-1008.

If you are unable to find a specific item at your nearest store, you may search online. Please know that the Crazy 8 Online Store displays all available inventory. To conduct a product search online, enter a keyword or item number in the search box at the top of any page.

Does Crazy 8 franchise its retail stores?
Our retail stores are operated by The Gymboree Corporation and are not franchised.

Does Crazy 8 have a catalog?
At this time, Crazy 8 does not have a printed catalog. If you would like to see our current collections, you may browse our Online Store for apparel and accessories for kids sizes 6 months to 14.

Does Crazy 8 offer donations?
Occasionally, our retail and online stores are left with extra merchandise after our final markdowns. We regularly donate these items, as well as any proceeds from fund raising events, to charitable organizations.

Does Crazy 8 have outlet stores?
Currently, Crazy 8 has stores in select Outlet Malls. Please use our Store Locator to find stores in Outlet locations.


What do I do if I have a defective item?
At Crazy 8 we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. If an item you have purchased is defective, bring the purchase receipt or entire packing slip to any Crazy 8 store, and our Team Members will offer you a full value exchange or credit. If the item was purchased online, you may also return it to us by mail. If a receipt is not presented at the time of exchange/credit, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price.
