Ways to Shop – Browse by Department, Category, Collection or Our Favorites
Shopping online at crazy8.com is easy. Crazy 8 introduces a new collection for each department every two to four weeks, so there is always something new to see. Both crazy8.com and Crazy 8 stores carry the same collections, although some products may only be available online or in certain stores.
Customers may browse the site and shop in many ways - by department:
- Newborn, for Boys and Girls, sizes Newborn to 18-24 months (including Preemie sizes)
- Baby Girl, sizes 3 months to 5Y
- Kid Girl, sizes 4 through 14
- Baby Boy, sizes 3 months to 5Y
- Kid Boy, sizes 4 through 14
Or browse and shop by Collection, Category (Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Shoes, Accessories, etc.) or our Favorites.
Shop By Size
At crazy8.com, you can also Shop By Size by selecting the size you are looking for at the top of each Collection or Category page. Select the right size using our Crazy 8 size chart
. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
Customers may also shop by Outfits. We feature Outfits selected by our merchants for each collection, or you can create your own outfit by selecting items from a collection then clicking on View Checked Items to see them all together.
If you know the product(s) you're looking for, simply enter the description or the style number into the search box at the top of each page.
You can also use the for an overview of our site or to quickly locate a particular section.
Making Your Selections
From the View Checked Items, Outfits or product pages, select the size and quantity of the item you would like and click Add to Bag. Once you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, then click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.
Real Time Inventory
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your shopping bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the Checkout process is complete. On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become "out of stock" before the Checkout process is complete. If this occurs you will be sent back to the shopping bag, where the item will display an "out of stock" message. To proceed with Checkout, you will need to either select another size (if available), or to remove the product completely from your shopping bag. This usually occurs on items, such as sale merchandise, with low inventory levels of only 1 or 2 units.
All of the items in your Shopping Bag will appear in your order. If you do not want to purchase everything in your Shopping Bag, check the Remove box next to the item(s) you do not wish to purchase and click on Update Shopping Bag.
Crazy8.com will save items you have placed in your shopping bag until we are sold out of the item. A product can be removed from a customer's Shopping Bag if it was saved during a previous session and has sold out since that session. In this case, the product will be automatically removed from the Shopping Bag in the next session.
Create An Account
Make shopping faster and easier at Crazy 8 by creating an account online. You will be able to track your orders, save addresses, manage your password, set special event reminders, check your Gift Card balance, and cancel orders (within an hour of placing them). To create an account, go to the “My Account” link at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can update or view your account at any time. Prices may vary in stores and online. Prices on crazy8.com are in U.S. dollars.
Crazy 8 is required by law to charge sales or use tax in any state in which a subsidiary of The Gymboree Corporation has a physical presence. (We currently operate retail stores in all 50 states.) The actual tax rate applied to your purchase is based on the destination of the order. Please note some states require us to tax shipping charges as well as merchandise.
We do not accept orders via email. We do accept orders online or by phone at 1-877-4-CR8ZY8 (1-877-427-8998). Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT). Please note that during event days our call center experiences a high volume of calls which may lead to long hold times. Orders can be placed online anytime.
Limits on Purchase
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. To enforce this policy, we reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style, per color, per customer (excluding "stock accessories"), regardless of size of the merchandise. Stock accessories include all hair accessories, jewelry, basic socks, sunglasses, basic tights and underwear; stock accessories do not include fashion tights, fashion socks and handbags. We also reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy. We may modify this policy at any time for any reason and we may make exceptions to this policy, as we deem appropriate.
This Limits on Purchases Policy applies to purchases made at our Crazy 8 stores and on www.crazy8.com.
In Checkout, you will be requested to provide an email address (for order and shipping confirmation emails), a shipping address, a billing address, and method of payment. Crazy8.com accepts all major credit cards and only accepts payment in U.S. dollars. For more information on Payment, . You will also be able to enter a promotion code (only one per order). You will be able to review your order prior to submitting it. Please click Place Order only once to avoid placing duplicate orders.
Our customers may ship to multiple addresses within one order; however the appropriate shipping rate will be applied for the shipping method chosen for each address in the order.
Returns and Exchanges
