For your convenience, crazy8.com purchases can be returned at any Crazy 8 store in the U.S. (excluding closing stores) or through the mail. Credits typically post within 1–2 billing cycles. Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn, with or without a receipt. Merchandise returns to a store are subject to a 24-hour restocking period. All sales are final after 180 days. Online orders cannot receive price adjustments in our retail stores. Merchandise exchanges are only available through Crazy 8 stores. Purchases made at a Crazy 8 store must be returned in the country of purchase. Purchases made at crazy8.com can be returned to crazy8.com or at a U.S. Crazy 8 store. If you did not purchase our merchandise from a Crazy 8 store or crazy8.com, we cannot process your return—please contact the seller for return information.

U.S. Store Return Policy

At Crazy 8, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will gladly be accepted within six months of original purchase.

Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition, to any U.S. store. Crazy 8 merchandise must be returned to Crazy 8 locations only. All merchandise returns are subject to a 24-hour restocking period. All sales are final after 180 days.

Please note—the original credit card used for the purchase must be presented in order to process the refund to that card.

Returns with an original sales receipt

Merchandise may be exchanged, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid when returned, within 60 days of purchase. A Merchandise Credit will be issued for returns with an original sales receipt more than 60 days after the purchase date for the price paid or for the current selling price, whichever is lower. A return, exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt. Crazy 8 reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing a return.

Returns with a gift receipt

Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit or merchandise exchange for the price paid.

Returns without a receipt

Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit or merchandise exchange for the current selling price. Valid identification is required for all returns and exchanges without an original receipt or gift receipt. Valid forms of photo identification include: U.S. Driver's License, U.S. state-issued ID, U.S. Military ID, and a Passport. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity that Crazy 8 uses to authorize returns and will not be used for any other purpose. Crazy 8 reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing a return. We may offer a lookup using your credit/debit card, personal check, or email address to attempt to locate the transaction information for returns without a receipt. If the transaction is located, it will be processed as a return with a receipt.

Final Sale

All merchandise with a price ending in $0.97 is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. $0.97 includes the price on the hangtag and price charged before coupons or discounts.

Check Policy

We will accept your personal check imprinted with your name upon presentation of a valid U.S. Driver's License, U.S. Military ID, or U.S. state-issued ID. Checks must be written for the amount of the purchase only. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account. All checks are authorized through Certegy Check Services.

 

U.S. Mail Return Policy

To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail Form (bottom half of the packing slip), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason Code," and enclose it with your merchandise. Credits typically post within 1–2 billing cycles. Customers worldwide should use an insured mail service; we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return to the Online Store will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit (redeemable in stores only) and will be sent to the shipping address on the original order. Merchandise exchanges are only available at Crazy 8 stores.

Returns without a receipt

Returns without a receipt will receive a Merchandise Credit (redeemable in stores only) for the current selling price and will be sent to the shipping address on the original order. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted for international orders at crazy8.com.

 

U.S. Price Adjustments

 
Online Policy

A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any qualifying item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. Price adjustments will not be allowed on some orders that receive promotion discounts. To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, email us at orders@crazy8.com or contact customer service at 1-877-4-CR8ZY8 (1-877-427-8998). A credit will be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase. If the price adjustment brings the purchase below the required earning amount for a coupon, the coupon will be decremented or deactivated. Online orders can only receive price adjustments as a result of a change to the price of the item at crazy8.com. Online orders cannot receive price adjustments in our retail stores.

International Return Policy

International orders from the online store can only be returned by mail.
