Flat Packed Gift Boxes ($1.50)
If you choose "I’ll wrap it myself" at checkout, we will ship you our gift box and gift message card flat for assembly at home. Three boxes maximum per order.
Boxed gifts ($4.95)
If you choose "Pack in gift box" at checkout, we will place it in a tissue-lined box for you. Boxed gifts also include a blank or personalized (up to 240 characters) gift message card. Not available for international orders.
Please note that international orders cannot include any gift packaging.
Include a gift receipt with your gift and we will encode the receipt so prices do not appear on the packing slip. Please note that orders containing a gift receipt will not include any other receipt. Due to customs, gift options and gift receipts are not available for international addresses.
Gift Card FAQs
All active Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and merchandise credit will be eligible to be redeemed until Saturday, 2/16/19.
Effective Sunday, 2/17/19 all Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and merchandise credit will be inactive and will not be eligible to be redeemed.
How do Crazy 8 Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards Work?
Gift Cards can be used to buy merchandise at any U.S. Crazy 8 store and online at crazy8.com. It will take up to 1 business day to process all E-Gift Card orders upon credit card validation.
For online orders, enter your Gift Card (or E-Gift Card) number and PIN in the Billing section of Checkout. You must click on "Apply" for the Gift Card to be applied to your order. If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover your order total, you will need to select an additional payment method. If the amount of your Gift Card is more than your order total, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card.
What is a PIN number and where do I find it?
A PIN is a number unique to each Gift Card or E-Gift Card. To find the 4-digit PIN on a Crazy 8 Gift Card, scratch off the silver strip on the back of the card. The PIN is included in the email for an E-Gift Card.
How do I check the balance of my Crazy 8 Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

Can I consolidate my Crazy 8 Gift Cards into one Gift Card?
We do not offer this service at this time.
How many Crazy 8 Gift Cards can I use during one transaction?
You can use multiple Gift Cards for purchases in stores. At crazy8.com, up to 5 Gift Cards can be entered in Checkout. If you wish to place an online order with more than 5 Gift Cards, you will need to call Customer Service at 1-877-427-8998 for assistance.
My card no longer works. Can it be replaced?
Yes! We are happy to replace your damaged Crazy 8 Gift Card or Merchandise Credit free of charge, as long as the card number and balance can be verified. Please send your damaged Crazy 8 cards to:

What can I do if I've lost my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards can be replaced with a new Gift Card or E-Gift Card for the remaining balance. Simply present the original sale or gift receipt that was issued for the card. However, if you have retained your card number and PIN, you may use them to purchase online without a physical card.
